Cancellations
We appreciate notice of cancellation 48-hours prior to your scheduled appointment and a 72 hours notice on multiple service appointments and parties, or a cancellation fee may apply.

Additional Considerations
Our staff appreciates you arriving a few minutes early for your scheduled appointment. This is especially important on your first visit, as there is an information form to fill out.
To ensure a relaxing spa environment for all of our guests and for the safety of your small children, we suggest that they not accompany you to your visit as we do not have accommodations for them.
